There’s nothing like helping a child’s dream come true.
That’s what the folks at Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas do throughout the year as the organization tries to “create life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses.”
Which is why the PGA Korn Ferry Tour’s Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper is proud that Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas is among its nearly 50 Ozarks’ children’s charities this year.

In the past two years, more than $30,000 has been raised for Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas through the PCCC, said Alisha Abbott, Associate Director, Community & Corporate Philanthropy for Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas.
The PCCC also has helped the charity connect with the community. Additionally, the Golf Ball & Charity Auction presented by University Plaza and CPI Technologies has helped spread the word about its mission.
“The Price Cutter Charity Championship has helped Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas to share our mission and raise vital funds in the Springfield area,” Abbott said. “We granted 43 wishes in Southwest Missouri last year. The PCCC made a significant impact to help make these wishes come true for local children battling critical illnesses. Without our involvement with the PCCC, we would not be able to make these transformational wishes come to life in the local community.”
