Teams sponsored by Underwood Oil, Missouri State University Athletics and Silver Dollar City captured top honors in the Silver Dollar City Pro-Am on Tuesday at Buffalo Ridge Golf Course south of Branson.
The event was a fundraiser for the PGA Korn Ferry Tour’s Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper.
Underwood Oil fired a 53 behind Troy Underwood, Ashton Glaser, Levi Paterson and Garrett Smith along with pro Greg Yates. The team birdied seven of the nine holes on the back nine and eagled both par-5s there, too.
Missouri State fired a 56 — and earned second on a scorecard tiebreaker — behind Brent Dunn, Kerry Dickerson, John Brinkman, Darin Wilkin and pro Jonas Christenson.
Silver Dollar City took third after carding a 56 behind Austin Herschend, Doug Meadows, Chuck Ritter, Bob McDowell and Ron Streck.
