BRANSON – The A-Plus Payroll team, featuring pro golfer and 2008 Central High School graduate Kevin Kring, captured the Integrity Pro-Am championship on Saturday at LedgeStone Country Club.

The group featured Brian Weimer, Jack Dixon, Mark Bybee and Adam Lotz and finished with a 50 in the four-man scramble of 28 teams. They also won an invitation to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes National Golf Scramble at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Verde Beach, Fla.

Kring, by the way, is playing on an exemption next week in the Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper. He is one of four players in the Web.com Tour event receiving an exemption.

Central Bank of the Ozarks placed second with a 55, earning the place on a scorecard tiebreaker. With Mark Anderson as its pro golfer, the team featured Russ Marquart, Matt Gifford, Mark Walterskir and James Richiert.

Third place went to the Barker, Phillips, Jackson team of Sean McQueary, Rob Haik, Larry Smith and Justin French. Their pro was Bob Jacobson.

The pro-am is among a dozen pro-ams that benefit the Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper, the PGA Tour’s annual Web.com Tour stop at Highland Springs Country Club. The tournament is this Thursday through Sunday. For tickets, call 417-887-3400.
