An SRC-sponsored team of Harley Owens, Anu Goel, Matt Burtin, Gary Goetz and pro Joel Thelen won the Silver Dollar City Pro-Am on Tuesday at Buffalo Ridge Golf Course in Branson, firing an 18-under 53.
The event was part of the PGA Web.com Tour’s Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper, which is Thursday through Sunday at Highland Springs Country Club.
A Silver Dollar City team of Chuck Ritter, Doug Meadows, Steve Redford, Bob McDowell and pro Ron Streck placed second with a 56. A Missouri State University team of Kyle Moats, Brent Dunn, Kevin Rash, Stuart Strangeland and pro Fernando Mecheree placed third, firing a 59.
