Your Guide to a Day at PCCC

We look forward to welcoming you to the 36th Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Hiland Dairy Foods. Our patrons, charities, course, players and the competition itself are a unique part of the fabric of this tournament. Thank you for being a part of the tradition and a continued supporter of this tournament and its beneficiaries.

To help you make the most of your experience, we’ve put together a few helpful details to ensure your day is smooth, enjoyable and full of great golf! From arrival tips to course etiquette and everything in between, this “Know before you go” guide has you covered!

 

Location & Parking

Venue: Highland Springs Country Club
Address: 5400 S Highland Springs Blvd, Springfield, MO 65809
Parking: General Parking is located across the street from the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame (3861 E. Stan Musial Dr., Springfield, MO) General parking is $10 per vehicle/per day. There is a shuttle that general parking guests can take that stops by Highland Springs Blvd near hole 4.
VIP Parking: is available at Highland Springs, a VIP Parking pass must be purchased in advance at the Missouri Sports Hall of fame ($150). VIP Parking fills up quickly in the morning, so arrive early to take advantage of the closes spots. Overflow VIP Parking is located inside the HSCC gates in the “volunteer parking lot” and serviced with a shuttle.
Shuttles: Shuttles are free to all spectators and volunteers. Shuttles will run between main entrances, volunteering parking/VIP overflow parking and the clubhouse. There are golf cart shuttles that can be used to shuttle you to your skybox or help get you up and down the hill behind the clubhouse.
Rideshare Drop-off: General Parking at the Admissions Gate is the drop off location for rideshare.
 

Schedule Highlights

Gates Open: 6:30am daily
Competition Rounds: tee times vary but should begin between 6:50 and 7:15 each day. For Specific tee time details go to: pricecuttercc.org
Folds of Honor Friday presented by Pinnacle Sign: We will host an opening ceremony at 6:30am on Friday 7/18 at the clubhouse followed by military appreciation day Honoring our Heroes. Please wear ☆ RED WHITE AND BLUE ☆ on Friday to show support and appreciation for the brave men and women who serve our country. Active Military, police and first responders have access to complimentary tickets which are available for pick up, in advance, with your ID at the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. Folds of Honor pins will be available at the admissions gate and Honoring our Heroes tent.
Sunrise Service: Second Baptist Church will lead a special “Sunrise Service” on the 18th green at 7am. Open to the public to join, please make your way to 18 skybox and find a seat for the service.
Championship Sunday Trophy Ceremony: Sunday, on the 18th green immediately following final round (typically around 4pm). The TLC Sweepstakes grand prize drawings will happen at this time.
 

Tickets & Entry

Tickets: physical tickets only- please have your tickets ready at the gate. All tickets (other than daily tickets) are good for 4-day entry. Please take care of your badge. If you need a lanyard and don’t have one, please see the information tent for your free lanyard (available first come first served).
Re-Entry: Allowed with proper credentials.
Kids 15 & Under: Free with a ticketed adult (grounds only) *Kids 3+ must have proper badge for food and beverage access in SGC FoodService Ozarks Club Tent or Ultimate Dining.
Spectator Locations: Spectators are allowed to watch from the sides of each tee, fairway and green outside of the ropes. Any prohibited areas will be marked, please avoid any prohibited areas. The Clubhouse is only accessible to club members, Ultimate badge holders, Tour players and Tour officials. Skyboxes and Corporate tents are private to those companies who purchased them.

Tickets can be purchased at the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame or the Admissions Gate.
$10 – Daily ticket
$25- 4-day Grounds Ticket (TLC Sweepstakes Ticket)
$150- SGC FoodService Ozarks Club Badge (4-Days, Includes Food & Beverage)
$250- Skybox Badge (4-Days, Includes Food & Beverage)
$1500- Ultimate Badge (4-Days, Includes Food & Beverage)
 

What to Wear

  • Comfort is Key: Expect to walk, closed-toe shoes or athletic sneakers are recommended.
  • Dress for the Weather: Light layers, breathable fabrics, and sun protection (hats/sunglasses)
  • Golf Attire Encouraged: Collared shirts, golf polos, khaki shorts/pants, are popular choices.
  • Avoid Spikes or Heels: These can damage turf or make walking difficult
  • Rain in the Forecast? Bring a light poncho or golf umbrella- play continues rain or shine.
  • FRIDAY- PLEASE WEAR RED, WHITE AND BLUE to support Folds of Honor Friday.

 

What to Bring (and Not Bring)

Allowed:

  • Mobile phones (on silent)
  • Small bags (6”X6”)
  • Collapsible chairs
  • Umbrellas
  • Sunscreen, hats and sunglasses
  • Sealed water bottles

Not Allowed:

  • Coolers
  • Outside food and beverage
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Drones
  • Signs, posters, banners
  • Pets

 

Spectator Etiquette

  • Silence your phones and avoid talking during players shots.
  • Stand still when players are preparing to hit.
  • Applaud good play- golf is quiet, but not silent!
  • Respect the roped-off areas and stay behind the ropes and signage.
  • No Asking for autographs during a players round- wait until they have completed play.
  • Be courteous to other spectators and volunteers—everyone is here to enjoy the game!

 

Mobile Device Policy

We encourage you to take photos and share your experience. Please tag us on social media (@price_cuttercc) —just please keep your phones on Silent and avoid phone calls near play. No video during competition rounds.

Located in front of the SGC FoodService Ozarks Club Tent

Beer Service at the H.O.P.E. Foundation Beer Tent daily from: 10:30 am – 4:00 pm
“The Ultimate” Dining – *proper credentials required
Presented by Ridewell Suspensions & Hosted by Legal Services of Southern Missouri
Located in the Clubhouse on the 2’nd floor
Hot Breakfast – 8am to 10:30am
Hot Lunch – 11am to 1:30 pm
THE HIVE – Concessions (open to the public)
Located in vendor village behind the clubhouse / Cash & Card Accepted
Breakfast: 9am to 10:30 am
