A team sponsored by Buzbee Dental fired a 118 and won the Betty & Bobby Allison’s Junior Pro-Am on Friday at Rivercut Golf Course.
The event was a fundraiser for the PGA Web.com Tour’s Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper, which is July 26-29 at Highland Springs Country Club.
Buzbee Dental featured Glendale standout Connor Obert, Lance Brackett and Preston Richardson firing a 52 and, paired with a 66 from pro Mark Bulder, carded the 118 to win Division I.
Placing second in D-I was a Community National Bank-sponsored team of Monett standouts in Nick Pilkington, Clayton Kaiser, Lane Witt and Caleb Long. The foursome teamed with pro Bradley Long to fire a 125.
In Division II, a Branson Dental-sponsored team of Ashton Vinton, Drew Garrison, Blair Cox and Ty Cooper teamed with pro Richard Johnson to fire a winning score of 129.
D-II’s second-place team was a Bill and Payne Stewart-sponsored group of Logan Crighton, Tyson Young, Will Fronabarger, Trey Beckham and Owen Crain. The four paired with pro Bob Jacobson to fire a 137.
