Imagine the sunrise coming over the Ozarks’ gorgeous trees and steam floating across the pond on the 18th green.
That will be the setting – and everyone is invited – for one of the neatest church services this year. The Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper is hosting a Sunrise Service at 7 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 14.
The event takes place on the 18th green, with covered seating in the Skybox tents at Highland Springs Country Club.
Members of the Wesley Church worship team will be providing the music. Chris Ballard, Pastor of the Story Church, which meets at the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame on Sundays, will be providing a short message.
“This will be our fourth annual Sunrise Service at this beautiful setting,” said Bob Roberts, coordinator of the event. “We anticipate one of the Professionals giving a short talk about life on the tour and the daily opportunities presented. We want to thank FCA golf for their assistance at this event each year.”
