Six local youths won their respective divisions in the second annual Pitch, Chip & Putt Championship finals on Monday night at Highland Springs Country Club, ensuring they will be introduced on the 18th green following play on Championship Sunday.
The event, sponsored by B&T Electric and Freedom Bank. was part of the PGA Korn Ferry Tour’s Price Cutter Championship presented by Dr Pepper, whose pros play Thursday through Sunday at Highland Springs Country Club.
Winners by division were as follows, with first, second and third listed: Age 6-8 – Girls: Taylor Mann (54), Sage Alexander (35); Boys: Clark Hubbard (84), Schen Fronce (84) and Max Albers (60); Age 9-11 – Girls: Delaney Daniels (108), Layla Bates (79), Allison Keller (40); Boys: Tyler Davis (186), Peyton Burbidge (94); Girls 12-14: Lyla Louderbaugh (146), Sarah Jane Trotman (45).
